The BEF hosts quarterly luncheons, or forums, as well as other activities. During these forums, BEF facilitators lead a discussion on a specific ethical dilemma and the underlying philosophical points that should be considered in deciding on a correct course of action. The BEF does not necessarily determine the “right answer” in every situation, but instead a framework by which executives should evaluate the specific circumstances of the problems they face.
